HtmlCleaner does not have any runtime dependancies, except Java Runtime Environment.
To compile HtmlCleaner source code, Ant,
JDom and JUnit
libraries need to be on the classpath.
They are all contained in the source distribution of HtmlCleaner.
HtmlCleaner is tested with JRE versions 1.4, 5 and 6.
